The Pivot Point philosophy of hair sculpture and design, color and perming, as well as nails and skin are taught throughout the program. The program strives to develop each student's communication and human relations abilities by offering courses in psychology, public speaking, and computer usage. Some areas presented will be skills-based instruction for client-therapist relations, promotional techniques, business practices and communication with clients.
